If you frequent any of the message boards enough you'll certainly notice patterns of behavior. I wouldn't take any such negativity personally especially if it appears to be simply a pattern of behavior on someone's part.

I just read the latest Reader's Digest (a secret habit of mine dating from ancient childhood) and strongl suggest that people read the "Quotes" on page 201. Topic of the quotes is "On Character." Each and every one of them is applicable, and oh so useful to remember.

The first is "If you don't have enemies, you don't have character." (Paul Newman)

So I'd recommend not worrying about what someone or anyone says on boards such as these if YOU know you are acting with integrity.

my thoughts.

Who are you trying to convince Jessica, because you are a BYB'er......everything you have said confirms it and nothing Mindy said denied it??????
It was an very enlightening conversation with Mindy, but it didn't change my mind about you!
Mastino-Mich-your loyalty is heart warming, are condolences in order- are you one of the ones who actually bought one of her pups? HAHAHAHAHA sorry!
Anne, I do hope your dogs the best in tomorrows action. Maybe a little less time on the boards and more spent with your dogs???? Just keep quacking!!!!
Peggy- nah it is too darn easy.

Now, I got on this thread because the whack job Jessica, yes WHACK job! was defending piss poor morals from a breeder with, let's just say colorful career. With her history of comments on cross-breeding, believing you can get a black out of greys and I could go on but it is all public record from multiple forums I felt compelled to do a public service and call her out........once again!
Stalker-hahaha public service announcer, yeah!

I don't think Jess breeds for money. Nor does Jax and Kathy. I'm thinking she was just making a smart comment back at them...I'm not taking sides here. Looks as though her buttons were pushed, and she responded by being a smart "Filtered Word", lol.

I don't think anyone breeds to keep all of their puppies...am I wrong? Seems as though most breed cos they have something in mind to improve on what's around...not to live with 8 full grown Neos of the same lineage.

I actually saw a woman walking eight adult dachsunds about a year or so ago and struck up a conversation with her suspecting her to be a breeder I thought this could be interesting and I was hoping to be enlightened with some knowledge of that breed and small points on or breeding tips. To which she replied "heavans no! This is my first and last litter. I fell in love with them all and cannot part with any of them. I am afraid to ever breed again, I might have a litter of twenty next time!" So if she had only had started out with Neos instead of the ankle biters you could have been very profetic! I have never forgotten that lady, because I can attest to just how easy it would be to get that attatched to each and every puppy. Picturing her in my mind and changing them to Neos is the quickest way to nip those thoughts right in the bud! lol Boy o boy if I would have kept every puppy I ever produced the neighbors would really have something to complain about, huh! "breeds for money"

I Don't Think THIS is even possible!

Maybe its the way I live with my dogs BUT At this moment I have over 20k rapped into 5 Flipping dogs!!!!!!! (Ssssshh Don't tell my hubby) Dear God that's Not purchasing them alone (thankyou) BUT tread mills, dog classes, p.p. training, show's (aren't free)...And thats not even talking about the Vet bills, testing, gas Money, Hotel cost--->even if you like me and get a skeezy hotel and sleep in your clothes IT's Still out of Pocket! I don't even keep meticulos records but I know I'm never going to be caught up close to making profit..(or is that my goal)..The list keeps going for anyone who's currently involved in this...
I don't understand how anyone can live on Just litters alone--I have a full time job and same with the hubby...I have always (since being a child) had multiple dogs....But I expect that I would have to sell my adults these pups and still be in dog debt. But hey...Drool has a common placement on my house and clothes...And I would Never change it---Mastiff's Are the way of life for me!
